Describe how your Company/ Initiative/ Career /Business is turning Africa problems into solutions in your community e g technology partnerships reach coverage?
(1) Creativity and Innovation: Oriental Flames translate creativity and innovation into real objects. Firstly, we leverage on our computer skills in producing a 3D Object of our art work before bringing it into real object.
(2) Excellent customer service: with our excellent customer service we keep tab with our customers and try as much as possible to convert first time customer to a long time customer.
(3) Excellent management skills: We leverage on a team of multi-skilled employees for our work. This is done by strategy focuses on selection, training, rewarding and stimulating all our employees in order to build employee loyal, and increase performances.
(4) Professional Advisors: Oriental Flames is working basically with professional advisors such as; Accountant, Legal expert and consultant on a regular bases for growth of the business.
(5) We form strategic allied with bigger arts and crafts company in order to showcase our work during exhibition process
(6) We build policy and processes around our customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback mechanism.
(7) Sustainable Development Goals: Oriental Flames convert waste such as plastic waste, paper waster and leather waste into crafts in order to maintain cleaner climatic action, existence of life below water and on land. This are the key areas where Oriental Flames leverage on and is ready to impact the community and society if granted the opportunity.

How does the Company Initiative/Career/Business improve people’s life, impact, affordability and reliability?

Oriental Flames is an integrated Art and Craft Company that contribute toward promoting socialization, productivity, creativity and critical thinking in children as well as creating employment for youth and ultimately adding value to the lives of the stakeholders of the project. It was registered under the Corporate Affair Commission(CAC) with a registration number of BN 2511094. The company offers wide range of products and services. The company’s products are textile crafts, paper crafts, decoration crafts, fashion crafts and functional crafts while the services render by the company are consultancy services and training.

How can this service product or solution be expanded to new markets or areas in Africa?

 Oriental Flames was able to create a total nine (9) jobs within a year. Five (5) direct jobs were create through our direct staffs and four(4) indirect jobs were also created. The Jobs were created through direct employment and indirect employment process. Five of our skilled staffs were employed directly into the company. Such staffs are; marketing manager, customer representative personnel, security personnel and the two Creativity personnel while four indirect jobs were also created by the company through our suppliers and vendors. Two basic suppliers supplies materials to our company and two vendors also assisted in making our products
