Describe how your Company Initiative Career Business is turning Africa problems into solutions in your community e.g technology partnerships reach coverage:
Peer Connect trains a team of young volunteers and equips them with leaderboard skills to enable them help in advancing the sustainable development goals. The team of volunteers takes place in mentorships in Rural schools in Kenya. We identify a school and mentor the students once a month for six months. We have received feedback from administration on improvement of performance in class and discipline. We believe our mentors fill in the gaps by opening up children from post families to a world of endless possibilities. We also step in to provide basic materials eg uniforms, shoes, pads, to help them enjoy quality education.

How does the Company Initiative/Career/Business improve people s life, impact, affordability and reliability?
We improve the life of children who may not have their parents or any role model in their lives. We walk with them on an individual level, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, talents and instilling confidence, public speaking skills and other soft skills not taught in schools. We believe that quality education will help create a generation of globally competitive African youth.

How can this service product or solution be expanded to new markets or areas in Africa?

 We would want support in taking this service to other parts of Africa, by creating a platform for training of youth from all parts of Africa, to help in mentorships across all needy schools in Africa.
