Since its establishment in 2017, the Academy has trained over 3,000 youths across 26 African countries on Leadership, Management, Health, Law/Ethics and IT. It has to improve access of youths to improved knowledge in their personal and professional endeavours.

Significantly, the training have recorded positive feedbacks on increased employability and access in the labour market over the last few years.
